Refund Policy

When you get your money back, and when you cannot.

Delivered top-ups

Digital top-ups and voucher codes cannot be refunded or exchanged after they are delivered, because they cannot be taken back from the game.

If you entered a wrong Player ID or server, the top-up is not refundable. Please use Name Check and verify before you pay.

If we cancel your order (out of stock, supplier problem, failed delivery), your money is refunded:

AY Wallet: returned to your wallet immediately.
eSewa / Khalti: contact support with your order number; we refund to your wallet or to the same account.

If your order stays pending much longer than expected, contact us from the Contact Us page with your order number and we will check it.

Money added to AY Wallet stays in your wallet and is used for orders. If you want a wallet refund, contact support; requests are reviewed one by one.
