Please read these terms before using AY TOPUP. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our service

AY TOPUP sells digital game top-ups and vouchers. Delivery is digital, to the Player ID or account you provide.

2. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargebacks, abuse or fake payment proofs.

3. Orders and Player ID

You must enter the correct Player ID and select the correct server/region. We deliver exactly what you ordered to the ID you entered. We are not responsible for losses caused by a wrong ID.

4. Payments

All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR). Payment is by AY Wallet, eSewa or Khalti. Entering a fake, reused or unpaid transaction ID may lead to order cancellation and account suspension.

5. Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of game servers, payment providers or maintenance.

6. Prices and stock

Prices and availability can change at any time. We may cancel an order if a package becomes unavailable; in that case you are refunded (see Refund Policy).

7. Wallet balance

AY Wallet balance is for buying on AY TOPUP only. It cannot be transferred to other people.

8. Third-party games

Games are owned by their publishers. A game publisher may change rules, prices or accounts. We are not affiliated with any publisher.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.
